For years, evolutions V through IX defined the benchmarks for all-wheel-drive efficiency and chassis structural durability on special stages. To preserve this rally legacy while extracting maximum potential from this platform in modern motorsport, uncompromising technology is required.

Reiger Suspension 3-Way – 570 / B46

This Reiger 3-way kit represents the highest level of engineering available, combining the model 570 front strut front strut with rear damper model B46 rear damperThis configuration is engineered to withstand extreme loads and guarantee optimal thermal stability—the operating characteristics of the dampers remain consistent from the start line to the flying finish of a special stage.

Independent adjustments for rebound as well as high-speed and low-speed compression give engineers and drivers complete freedom to fine-tune vehicle balance and steering responses, adapting the chassis perfectly to the characteristics of the chosen surface.

  • High Speed Compression (HSC): Regulates compression during rapid piston movements, managing how the damper responds to sudden impacts triggered by surface roughness.
  • Low Speed Compression (LSC): Controls compression at low piston velocities, managing body control, braking balance, weight transfer, and steering input responses.
  • Rebound: A single, precise adjustment controlling the extension speed of the strut, critical for maintaining constant tire contact with the ground after clearing a bump.

The kit based on the 570 and B46 models allows for the simultaneous integration of the manufacturer's most advanced systems to optimize vehicle dynamics:

  • RCV (Rebound Control Valve): An active rebound control system available on both axles. It ensures constant tire contact on rough sections and cuts, optimizing AWD traction during corner-exit acceleration and jump landings.

  • HDP (Hydraulic Double Piston): A progressive, double hydraulic piston on both axles. It prevents harsh bottoming-out under deep compressions and heavy jump landings, stabilizing the chassis without losing control of the vehicle.

  • DP (Double Piston): A streamlined version of the dual-piston system that increases damping force in the final phase of the stroke, protecting the assembly from mechanical bottoming out.

  • CCV (Cornering Control Valve): A system available on the front axle, that intelligently detects vehicle cornering phases and counteracts lateral body roll through the apex, guaranteeing precise cornering performance.
