The Can-Am Maverick R has completely redefined the UTV segment. Thanks to its expanded track width and elongated wheelbase, this machine offers a level of high-speed stability that was previously unattainable in this class. Engineering Without Limits
The engineers at Reiger designed these shock absorbers for the Maverick R to deliver massive suspension travel and unprecedented thermal stability. By implementing the Hydraulic Double Piston technology as a standard feature, the dampers maintain incredible mechanical grip while completely eliminating harsh bottoming out during heavy jump landings, all without sacrificing small-bump sensitivity. This is a setup that preserves both the vehicle's structural components and the driver's spine. Furthermore, the dampers utilize a sophisticated Dual-Spring System allowing the suspension to operate across two entirely distinct characteristics: a firm, highly responsive, and precise profile when the axle is under heavy load, and a softer, high-traction profile when the axle is unloaded.

The Ultimate Combination: Model 550 and 620
This high-performance kit features a highly strategic layout engineered for the Maverick R's unique architecture: Front Axle – Model 550: The most widely trusted Cross Country model in the Reiger lineup. It is highly lightweight and compact, delivering extreme durability and rock-solid thermal stability even during multi-hour special stages. Rear Axle – Model 620: A massive, awe-inspiring damper previously reserved for racing trucks and heavy vehicles in the Ultimate class. Despite its formidable size, the use of premium aerospace-grade aluminum alloys keeps the weight exceptionally low. The bare damper weight (without the spring assembly) is just 5.7 kg for the front and 9.5 kg for the rear.
