The Reiger 3-way kit featuring the model 570 front strut represents the most advanced suspension system available for the BMW E46. Utilizing an architecture derived directly from factory race cars of the highest classes, this system delivers precision and performance that remains unchanged even under the most extreme thermal conditions.

Front Axle: Model 570

The model 570 is the most advanced and thermally stable strut in the Reiger Suspension lineup. Thanks to its unique internal design, the damper maintains identical damping characteristics from the first to the very last kilometer of a special stage, regardless of the prevailing conditions and operating temperatures—completely eliminating the phenomenon of shock fade ("puchnięcie"). The strut's architecture is derived directly from solutions used in the fastest four-wheel-drive rally cars. This model features HDP (Hydraulic Double Piston), technology—an advanced hydraulic system that stiffens the damper near the end of the compression stroke, protecting it from bottoming out and preventing loss of control—as well as RCV (Rebound Control Valve) – an intelligent rebound system that drastically improves wheel traction.

Note: Due to its heavy-duty, reinforced construction, the model 570 for the E46 is available exclusively when using front knuckles from the BMW E36 model.This conversion allows for the physical fitment of the damper inside the car while significantly increasing the total suspension travel.

Rear Axle: Model B46

The kit is completed by the proven and exceptionally durable model B46. Just like the front, the rear damper offers full 3-way adjustment, allowing you to perfectly balance the handling characteristics of both axles.
